Tick for Progress

Few night ago I wasn't able to sleep due to a thought came into my mind, a plan and systematic ways of keeping a track of my progress, skill or medical treament, which i prefer to keep it as private matter. I can hardly sleep after this plan came into my mind at 4am in the morning, i just can't sleep unless i get it done. I spend 30min to get this on my computer excel.

This is my plan of helping my-self to improve all that i have now into another level. I am 22 years old now. I shall waste no more time and start doing what I love most and really get into it. Let no one discourage other but encourage ^^ This i hope to share with anyone i know.

Those list above are some of my interest for now, it might get more haha

Home-made Dim Sim

My mother taught me how to make a very nice dim sim without spending at outside, which really high cost, i only use about rm15 i can made about 100 piece of dim sim. This version of Dim Sim is consist of vegetable; The smell is smooth and nice. i know it is different but i tell you, I love my parents recipe better. If you eat outside in "Kopitiam" the smell is tooo meaty and if wanna eat a nice one, you have to spend a lot at Dim Sim restaurant.

Keep in mind that, because me and my parents have the sense of taste and agar-agar(roughly feeling) we hardly mearsure the quantity of ingredient we do. Anyway, I tried my best by explaning, first I will show you the ingredient.

INGREDIENT:

Meat(pork)/chieh bak : 2kg, mince
Salary                         : 4-6 stick (depending on size)
Carrot                        : 1-2          (depending on size)
Spring onion               : just a handful, finely chopped
Cabbage                    : just a handful, finely chopped
Garlic                         : handful ( I don't put cuz i don like lol)
Wanton/dimsim skin   : 1-2 packet

FYI = All must finely chopped in small piece, EXCEPT the dimsim skin, duh....

SEASONING:

Oyster Sauce         :  ?????? (because i roughly)
Soy Sauce             : put a lot
Sesame Oil            : ??????
Sugar                     :??????
Pepper                  : ?????
Flour                     : handfull

My way of doing it. I use hand to mix all the ingredient together and add all seasoning in together and keep stir around finely with your hand. Don't be afraid to taste your hand for the right amount of seasoning, i know is disgusting, but rather be brave than be sorry.

2. Nicely wrap the meat in the Dimsim skin and put on the plate(put abit oil on surface to keep from sticky) and steam it for 10-15min. And it is done!

^^ Hope you all enjoy, email me or facebook me for more advise

Happy birthday Wilson

Wilson lee, my best buddy in college, the day i reach back to Malaysia it is a day pass of his birthday, I ask him out for a movie session at pyramid, "How to Train Your Dragon" In 3D! since also my chance to watch 3D in the first time.

When Wilson and I waiting the movie screening time, both of us went for a walk and bought ourself a new pair of sunglasses haha, it is nice only cost me Rm25 with UV glasses and come to think of it, I kind wasted my money because last week in Aussie I bought one 2, but what to do, this design suit me and it is much nicer anyway.

Finally the moment of 3D that i been waiting for, the commercial started of very nice and it seem i almost hit by all the animation but when the movie was screening, i thought to myself; this 3D isn't worthy at all, the commercial is good but the cartoon is so so, not even good enough. well what done was done, just no more next time, i guess not all movie in 3D are nice, I wonder how is the Avarta in 3D?

After the movie, we both went to AsiaCafe for Wilson's Celebration. Yinyee,Kenny,Kimz,Heng Hyong,Chin wei are there as well. And I have COMMENT!! on AsiaCafe! The drinks is sucky as it goes, this is the second time, i drank carrot milk with Clorine taste! ish ish!

Anyway, we really enjoy ourself, most important is Wilson, we all miss his birthday after all, and celebrated the next day for him.
