SundayNight Fishing

Sunday restaurant at my work place was so busy at dinner time, only elderly couples now visiting the town but it still busy! When things got quiet down, I cooked Cabonara as supper haha, it was the simple meal ever, more simple than spaghetti really. The basic ingredient was cream,milk,cheese and egg, you can get it anywhere in the market.




After supper Me,Caleb,Cass,Alice, Wayne and Chris decided to go for "NIGHT FISHING" and here we go, a drive up to the Jetty. Before we drove up, we notice the moon was sooo beautiful, A Moon Halo, a rare scene really, Wayne and others didn't seen it before, this is my 5th time. And we were soo curious of what have cause it to happen? it seem the cloud is separate perfectly a halo shape from the moon.

The view is sooo beautiful, too bad the camera i holding doesn't have the quality to match my eye, the moon shine the sea, seem like the water is dancing with the wind and without the helps of human technology, lights; I could see more than a torch light can shine, the moon is better.

We spend this time, waiting the fish to grab the bait, while we chatting all the silly things around us, no matter we Malaysian,Aussie or Taiwanese, we get along so fine. but most of all, the scene tonight is the most beauty of all i seen in Robe, i love the sea

After that we went to pub together, it was crouwded but we play silly thing like hitting each other hand like "chi tan chi tan puo"

Having the chef moods into my heart again, feeling to cook something on the Monday afternoon while not working. Cass, Alice and my brother Caleb thought is a good idea, since i already make myself a promise to cook lasagna on my Australia trip.


Daddy suggested we use Ross home and with the permission of Jojo haha. In the morning itself my brother suddenly tell Jojo we gonna cook dinner for them, i was like -.-" sweat.. because i never thought to make so many as a lunch, I just hope it will be enough for them. Well started of by going to the "Foodland" Robe's market. Thinking if here has all the ingredient i needed, but yea it does just the packaging is different especially the Cream Cheese.

After reaching Ross and Jojo home, it was so beautiful, design by themselves and what to say? Jojo is super creative with the art work. At first feeling a bit not use to cook someone else houses, especially I not really close with. At that time, i asking where is the stove, oil, salt and etc, i felt a bit shame, but as time pass, I told myself, i won't able to cook something tasty if i kept thinking like that, so shamelessly, I kept doing what i do best haha, taking charge.

While cooking for an hour or more, I could see all of them are hungry, I felt a bit nervous and did some mistake like forgetting to put beacon and mis-calculated the flour for cream. But quickly i corrected my mistake and consume a bit more time and poof I done it ^^ and they all love the lasagna i made, Ross even take 3 round and the rest have second round, Ross even said "Don should put this on the menu" haha and Alice answered," but who gonna cook then?" Well this is a encouragement to me :)

After lunch, Ross showed us his piano skill and I pretty amaze! not because of his hand is playing but his leg!? How? because is a Automatic Piano, just put the music scroll and it play by itself haha. We really enjoy our time. Moggol and Molly was there to, Molly playing "Tag of war" and "fetch" with me, and she never get tired phew.. -.-

We left Ross and Jojo house after that, and went to Jetty and West-Beach for a walk, today is a nice day as the summer have pass and town is quieter now.

Friday the 19, Robe

Again today, was overslept until my brother loud sound system from the computer woke me up. So i did, Caleb(bro) asked me to go out together and have lunch, while i still blur and he watching "kenkaishi" a Japanese Anime i gave him days ago. After shower, we walking through the town street and went into the pizza shop. I love Aussie ways of doing stuff, so different from Malaysia really. A simple order and simple package only 1 big pizza, usually Malaysia order whole lots, but here only 1 box


Before work, Alice and Wayne asked me to join them for a short walk at "West Beach" haha we really have fun and I am surprise, I been to Robe but never been to West beach, it was so beautiful, from what i know, this is also the territory of Abalone. This isn't a beach for swimming, the wave was 2 heavy and not a ideal place for surfing either, the stone cliff where there abalone stay have sharp rocks, could die if got hit.



After that, we went to Beacon View, a highest point at Robe, I can see the whole robe from here, the eerie things are here to haha, if anyone afraid of creepy crawly, we have tons of them here. A millipede i think. I got call from restaurant shortly after reached, seem like the busy is rushing in. I got a lecture after that from my dad, for leaving the restaurant -.-" which my brother asked me to join them. But anyway we have fun ^^


During the working hours was a stress! Everyone just came in! But we can handle this haha, we have experience now. By the way, we big table have reservation is belong to local people, JOJO have a birthday party! she such a amazing woman, she an artist in fact, she drew a few arts and was at the pizza shop i saw! (forget to take photo). After other customer left, they threw a huge party, Alice and Cash bake a cake for jojo, isn't it sweet ^^

Robe, my Aussie home

I woke up today late afternoon ha ha, since I was soo tired a day before traveling from Melbourne to Robe. While i sleeping, Alice,Cass and my brother made sushi, it was okay but the presentation is well done really. I ate a few before my work start.

After branch, Wayne and Case suggested that we go for fishing. and we did. But nothing was caught, all we got hooked is seaweed, and we left shortly after the weather gets bad and a small rain started to pour down.


I love working with the family and the restaurant, i just love it. After work, i got a surprise visit from ex-pet moggol! and it's friends Molly haha. Ross and jojo are the master now, so kind of them to bring them here once in a while, moggol look happier and healtier. And got a hair cut haha, he look so cute. Molly is a indeed a BIG dog, and she is cute 2 ^^

Port Dickson Trip (29-12-09)

On 29th December, the 6 of us decided to have one relaxing trip, at first we all were voting to go somewhere else other than Port Dickson but haha ended up, our big words never come true and we choose PD at the end because of low-budget trip, what we ever wanted is just a relaxing trip before new year :)

We took KTM to seremban then to PD, was a long trip but quite enjoyable with friends to talk with and funny jokes we made all the journey. We all deserve a time to pamper ourselves, after all the hard work and efforts we done throughout 2009, specifically "Forget Not Christmas 09"



The best time we had is haging out at the swimming pool and beach, playing splashing and making a mermaid sandbed for kimz and thought of playing kites but wind wasn't strong enough, and Banana boat wasn't a good idea after seeing the condition of pulled by jet-ski boat. When we hungry we walk about 1.5km towards town, a restaurent named "Merlin" was a old but very nice and worthy meal to have and save cost too..

At night time, we played silly games, of card guessing sticking on the forehead, this games is a deception games haha, whoever lost we paint each other with lipstick, after that we changed our mind of the games punishment into tickles, and I was tickled a lot of times, the feeling of being tied and gang-tickle wasn't a best feeling of the world even so with laughter haha



Friends is really hard to come by, I really glad this trip is worthy, It's help me know more about each other. Even after year comes, we may not be friend anymore but this trip is really is my preacious memory of 2009 :)

My first visit to Redang

On the date of 25-27 of July was my best vacation ever, the blue sea, sunny sky, sandy beach and all we do is just hang out and snorkeling haha. We kind of invited by a friend who already planned the trip, so six of us just hop in.



We had a tons of fun there, especially 3 snorkeling and own snorkeling near by the resort. We visit a giant eel and grouper fish, it both share the same coral cave, and scary to get to near haha, it remind me that Wilson push Lijie too near to the eel and it scare Lijie haha, bad Wilson. and the first snorkeling trip is so funny, our dear friend will. Will wasn't use to water, even though he was wearing the safety suit, he still have fear for the see. First when each take turn to jump into water, Lijie and will jumped in, follow by me. will was panic when he saw the deep of ocean, he grab on onto Lijie and push her deeper and when Lijie saw me, he pass will to me and he also push me as i am the floater haha, I AM NOT WEARING safety floater!! then i use tons of energy to send him back to the boat haha, is not easy with the current and the only swimming with hands, because will was grabbing my waist.

I love the environment of Redang Island, just hope that it will be preserve as long as in the future, well I can say a lot inconsiderate tourism throwing plastic bag into the sea, sea turtle thought is jelly fish and they ate, and sun lotion killing the coral, it is sad thought. But really hope I could stay longer even if it mend i have to work there haha.


This trip cost each of us a fortune, but we had tons of good experience and memory, all of us miss that moment and want to learn diving haha.. We try to go for perhentian next year :) cheers

A Journey To Australia

This will be my first Journey to australia, acompany by my brother. Before even we pack to leave we forgot about to apply visa to stay, Praise God for even helping us for our last minute careless mistake, but the toll of mistake cause us to miss the bus to singapore! And God Grace is upon us for a last minute bus!
Wow! I never knew taking a fly to Australia is quite a energy consuming, a lot of patience and document to fil in. Really praise God that bring us journey mercy to Perth(in Australia) then take another fly to Adelaide(also Australia), from there my dad will pick us up to Rode(town). 3 months from now is about 90 days to spend in Australia, I pray to God to help me to spend my time wisely and fruitly and of course purposeful. And also i will like to find out whats the next course to study.

David in Australia’s adventure:part one> craigfish hunting

Good day mate!! haha i had my awesome experience in Feb 2008 in my second home in Australia, a small town named Robe. My dad’s friends invited my family for a ride in their boat and bring us to see what it like to catch crayfish(lobster) ha ha this is one great experience offer by 2 Australia(Shane and killsby) free of charge.
In an cold morning woken by a invitation to catches cray, i got up and full of adventurous mood ha ha. we got to the harbor only like 3 min away in drive. Shane and killsby is waiting for us in a small yacht but a real nice one, she is a beauty. And off we start the engine motor, getting exciting with this moment. and once after we get off the harbor, and killsby is driving even faster! and this is heck of a bumpy ride, i could have fallen off the yacht anytime! and it was a scares moment while fighting with the wave, i even took alot of strength to hold on to anything that prevent me from "bye bye David and enjoy the water"
wow… the sun is bright and the sea is a beauty, with the wind and the waves, it was a spectacular indeed, just amazing. but the wind is chilling cold, we were freezing. We came to this floating thingy which tell us where is the Cray’s cage are. When killsby drove the yacht next to the floats, and Shane will hook it up with a hook(duh) and pull all the way up til the boat. aww…. cuz the first cage was empty.. well Shane change the bait with some fish’s head and abalone(waste!! ha ha) and throw it back in the sea. We came til the last cages, it wasn’t empty but it is not a crayfish sign… but a snapper fish ha ha. well by law we still can’t keep the snapper because it is not in the legal size yet. (FYI: Australia have laws even fishing, that why i love this country, to prevent over catching til near extinction). well we all say our bye bye to the snapper fish and threw away.
We couldn’t get any crayfish that day but we cheated hahaha we asked Shane to go buy some crayfish and bring it back to the restaurant for some lunch!! hahahaha well at least i have fun and the rest(Shane,killsby,my both sister and my bro-in-law)
