Shark-fin Soup No More

One interesting article I just read at Menhealth magazine. It is about Shark-fin!! one of my favorable topic to share with others :P be ready guys.

Article is called "Bad Bite" Now I briefly will note why say no to shark-fin soup that we Chinese adore much. In the nature of shark, they eats smaller fish with contain mercury. according to research, men who ate two portions of this a day were 70% more likely to get heart disease. The reason? sharks eats smaller fish that contains mercury but they are unable to break it down, so it builds up to dangerous level in their bodies. So we will get mercury level too when we eat shark, say no no no to shark yar?

Solution? have some salmon instead, these fishes eat mainly plankton and gave very low mercury levels. but yar.. i know... It is expensive!! just look at the sushi dishes haha.

Even it is not bad to health i really suggest don take shark-fin soup, you know how horrible it is? we human eat its, but doesn't care how fisherman kills them in order to satisfy our self selfish needs. Have a look at Google or youtube, you know what i mean.

Beside... have you notice? usually rich people have heart attack haha at movie, more than the less fortunate people. perhaps they ate too much. The moral of the story? luxury food aren't not the best choice :P

Not So Bad Monday

Monday is usually hated by most people, it is a day of starting class and working. It is a most less favorable day in the week. But at the 7/9/2009 it is a day of holiday!! AMEN!! be honest i actually don care what day it was, just enjoying my own sweet time.

Yesterday Monday is my favorite Monday, maybe it is the only Monday worth remember haha. anyway.. lets start at the morning, i woke up at 9.30am and went to gym to kill all the fatties i have gain during the holiday time, and today.. my whole muscle is arching like mad, shower also susah (hard), just like a penguin trying to wash its own back haha.

After Gym, I rush to Wilson's house to prepare ingredient to cook lasagna and cabonara, I promise Kimz that I gonna teach her how to cook both and I cook also for Will lim, which he miss my last lasagna at kenley's birthday. I have improve alot, this is my fourth time, bake lasagna, which I think to myself, i can compete with high class restaurant d muahaha (sinister laugh). But cabonara wasn't that successful, because i pore whole spaghetti noodles in one box of cream, supposely its is only half of the noodles. We have really fun together, Wilson always help me cook, Kimz wanna learn and clown at anywhere even cooking and Will, also being helpful all the time.

After early dinner at 4pm, my sister msn me, ask me for a movie, called "UP" i asked wilson, will and kim, but they paisei paisei and pokai d ( shy shy and broke). I heard from friends the movie is not that nice, but I go la, since i haven't join my sister for SO SO long d, and also she is paying muahaha( more sinister laugh). When I reach home, i bought 3 small piece of lasagna to my sister to share, brother since i promise him and Sue (housemaid/friends) to share also. and then... They love it haha. Nice feeling for a "Chef wannabe"

Going to Aeon Jusco Bukit Tiggi, I bought teehen (cousin brother) to KFC for so dinner, we both share a dinner meal, consist of 3 pieces and i order one ice cream for my self. Goodness it cost me RM17, my heart was thinking, " HELLO!! this thing cost so expensive!? I rather go for a spagetti at Fruities" anyway... it is nice having dinner with sister and cousin, after the dinner, teehen whispered to me, " Kor kor... your whole family love and care for me a lot" It just touch my heart cousin brother :)

Surprisely today cinema was almost empty, I wonder why, might be the H1N1 causing a lot of panic lately, but oh well.. I just went into the cinema with only about 20 fellers. The movie "UP" was not that bad at all, I love it, the music and unexpected event. well please don compare with "ICE AGE 3" which these are totally different movie. "UP" is more into good morals, it is about love and blessing. It really move my stony heart for a while. You guys really encourage to watch it really, my hero in the move?? That old man and the Dug the talking dog haha.

After the movie, i received a sms from Wilson, said that our geng (groups) at Station 1 cafe. I was late for an hour or more, because I accompany my sister and cousin to reach home safely. So wasn't much to talk about but it is nice to have friends, Wilson, Chloe, Kim, Yinyee, kenny and Chloe's mother :)

Once In The Baby Bottles Time

Can you remember when the time you stops using bottles? I just remember about 1 month ago about how and why I stop using bottles haha. When exactly I can’t really remember but I can still know why I stop using it. Maybe I can call it, my first breakthrough haha.

Well I can’t recall the age that I still using, perhaps about 4-5 years old, which I still stay at berkely restaurant above. I use to ask my mother to mix chocolate drinks in bottle, my favorite ways of drinking milo. Almost every night I will shout,” mama!! Wua Ai Milo!!” (I want milo!) And by the way, “MILO” is our Malaysian own chocolate drinks

I stop using bottles when I can’t find it; my mother said to me that it was lost. It didn’t bother me much because that is the face of life, I trying to grow up and act like a grown man who I want to become. That’s is when I start using mugs to drink my daily supper MILO and not long after I start to dip it biscuit which is so nice combination.



After about a year, my mother was cleaning the back stairs which lead to the back alley, and she found my favorite bottles, the rat actually stole my bottle, shit and bite all over it. The feeling was “Oh how can I forgotten about you (my bottles)” But I just smile and said to my mother, never mind is okay.. I am using mugs now.
To my dear bottles which blue in colour if I not mistaken. We have happy times together, I felt sad a little bit when you disappear but I thought to myself, I be alright without you. When I found you again, I smile again, but it is time to really let you go. I will miss you my blue bottles and I don’t know why the stupid rat want to kidnap you? But again perhaps this is my first breakthrough from God.

Shouted "MEDEKA" after work

Started a job on the 21th August. Before I know what i doing actually i only know is gonna be a bit boring and have feeling to reject the job offer, because i failed Business Finance in final and the job is located at THE GARDEN at mid valley. but despite all the negative no no, i decide not to turn down the offer, is not because is Rm8 per hour but decide not to disappointed Kenny, Wilson and the nice manager(Penny)




First day of work, We are assigned to 2 location, 2 at East Entrance and 1 at River View. At the East Entrance we not sitting together, and we not allow to talk to each other, my feelings was like, WTH... i hate working with classy company ha ha. The things is my job is only *click* for each person passing by. Easy leh? but I could have died of bored. first day, i am a good boy, listen to the rules and regulations, cannot talk and cannot leave my stationed places for too long.

Day 2 : I sneak in to work with my IPOD haha.
Day 3-7 : I go sneaking to talk to my friends and go long break at toilet. bring paper to draw
Day 8 : I kill my time but listen to ipod and singing. eat behind the pillar
Day 9-11: We all learn to take turns to *click* and others go eat snake ( haha anything but work)

haha when working we could fall a sleep anytime, few things we can see at work. handsome guys with syle and pretty hot chicks like model walking in and out of THE GARDEN. but only sometimes, all people walk in and out is freaking rich i tell u. And I can notice alot of Gays and lesbian also. Gays are super stylo and checking us out when passing by, and some lesbian are just soo pretty!! even of my friends said," why go for girls? there are many good guys still" haha.. one of guy(suspected gay) keep visiting Wilson for 4 days haha.


But Glad to have this Job to be able to know more of Wilson, Kenny, Heng Hyong, YinYee and Jian Ren. And of course few staff and manager we know along the working perioud. At the last day is double the pay and also YinYee birthday on MEDEKA. at the last moment of work, I (supposly all) shouted MEDEKA!!!! haha finally the days have come to stop working :P


PS: my friends and many others who passed by accidentally, didn't know is me though i am crazy.. ha ha

Participated At Dharma Camp

It started first when my friend lijie asked me to help out in first Buddhist Camp, even though I am not a Buddhism but I am curious how it run. Without thinking much I join in to take part with Will Lim, Wilson Lee, Yin Yee, Kim, Kenley and of course lijie.

Before the camp, we prepare 2 weeks before for it, at the meeting is tough haha.. too many thing to discuss and this camp have a proper system to follow since is not the first "Ai Wo Ching Nia" (Our Youth, Our Love) just that it is the first English version.

The camp is tough haha.. I was doing few people job and commitee friends are tired also, despite all the tiredness and conflict we had, I just wanna say we all did a great job and we gain something back in return :)

To all campus.. I sorry i didn't have time to be friends :) but do stay in touch yar.. at camp I was abit busy here and there, to all commitee, sorry if i mislead u guys and created some conflict but at the end the most important is we done it as one :)

To will lim our camp leader
Even though u are soft leader, but u are helpful and kind and good. you always don wan to cause troublesome to others, and u always put trouble to yourself that why i always keep an eye to you, don wan people to take advangtage of u. Sorry if i nag u so much, cuz i just don wan others to use u.

To Wilson
I so glad to see you learn something at the camp, you learn how to handle song, PA system and make a lot of new friends. I also see u become more independent and u always smiling haha..
sorry i left u alone with shen chieh without help u more :P

Nice to have a new friend on the list and join this camp with us. even though you are under my leadership but i think u did more than i expected.. i hardly guide u much also haha u did so well without i nag, I can see you be a very succesful in future. Sorry ah.. for anything i do haha

haha... our dear game master on camp.. to be honest I didn't know i can be friends with u kim at the first time i knew u at college, but now u are just pure funny and cheerful woman. Glad to have u around, u bring laughter around everyone. Sorry for my decision and argue with u at camp yar haha. (i still remenber u kena mosquito kau kau!!)

haha u are really super woman.. but u have a great leadership also, i think better than me alot haha. so glad u help us in times of needs in camp even though u busy. Glad u asked us join too :)

My first visit to Redang

On the date of 25-27 of July was my best vacation ever, the blue sea, sunny sky, sandy beach and all we do is just hang out and snorkeling haha. We kind of invited by a friend who already planned the trip, so six of us just hop in.



We had a tons of fun there, especially 3 snorkeling and own snorkeling near by the resort. We visit a giant eel and grouper fish, it both share the same coral cave, and scary to get to near haha, it remind me that Wilson push Lijie too near to the eel and it scare Lijie haha, bad Wilson. and the first snorkeling trip is so funny, our dear friend will. Will wasn't use to water, even though he was wearing the safety suit, he still have fear for the see. First when each take turn to jump into water, Lijie and will jumped in, follow by me. will was panic when he saw the deep of ocean, he grab on onto Lijie and push her deeper and when Lijie saw me, he pass will to me and he also push me as i am the floater haha, I AM NOT WEARING safety floater!! then i use tons of energy to send him back to the boat haha, is not easy with the current and the only swimming with hands, because will was grabbing my waist.

I love the environment of Redang Island, just hope that it will be preserve as long as in the future, well I can say a lot inconsiderate tourism throwing plastic bag into the sea, sea turtle thought is jelly fish and they ate, and sun lotion killing the coral, it is sad thought. But really hope I could stay longer even if it mend i have to work there haha.


This trip cost each of us a fortune, but we had tons of good experience and memory, all of us miss that moment and want to learn diving haha.. We try to go for perhentian next year :) cheers

Working for 15 hours

August 6 of 2009. Got a call one day before from Heng Hyong, asking me to work at Jusco Bukit Rajah, for the J-card day. I got the job along with Wilson,Will and Yin Yee. when working the briefing was very hard to remember haha, then the auntie said, the more u ask, the more u will be confuse haha.

Well.. starting at first.. we were blur.. fearing what will happen if we mess up, but thanks goodness we met a few nice friends that helping us to locate the shoe and guiding us. But the point i wanna make it is damn hard job! We stand for hours and if customer ask for a shoe, we have to run to store room which at the end of the market. Imagine we run here and there for 14 hours and only half an hour break for lunch and dinner haha, but auntie was good to buy us free food, chicken rice for lunch and KFC for dinner :P which i suggested.

It is not easy... working from 9am til the next 12am. when morning we woke up, leg pain til and feeling the leg is growing haha. One more thing i learn is Malay race customer are better than chinese haha, because when they want it, they will buy it. For chinese are too fussy haha :p its true
